BIOGRAPHY
Sachin Golhar is currently a Program Integration Manager at the Boeing Company. The Boeing Company is an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, telecommunications equipment, and missiles worldwide. The company also provides leasing and product support services. Boeing is among the largest global aerospace manufacturers; it is the third-largest defense contractor in the world based on 2020 revenue and is the largest exporter in the United States by dollar value.

Prior to The Boeing Company, Sachin worked as a Senior Engineer at Toyota Boshoku America, a Senior Engineer at Calsonic Kansei, a Senior Engineer at Lear Corporation in GM Seating as well as a Senior Engineer at General Motors in Infotainment for GM Trucks and Cadillac SUVs. Sachin also worked for Fiat Chrysler in Hard Trim for Jeep SUVs in Mexico, China, and Brazil.
He also was a Product Development Engineer at Ford for 4 years (2011-2015). At Ford Motor Company, his major accomplishments were launching the Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ Program in Hermosillo, Mexico as well as launching the Lincoln Black Label and Ford Vignale program for vehicle interior components.

Sachin holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the Michigan State University as well as from the University of Michigan Rackham Graduate school with a Masters in Engineering Management. He is also completing his Masters in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aviation Management.

Sachin also is a consultant advisor for GLG and AlphaSights providing industry insights and guidance. He is also a Vice President of Membership at the Program Management Institute of Huron Valley in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Worked on all interior components for the 2021 Ford F-150 with measurements and dimensional data management from all suppliers
Conducted vehicle reviews with suppliers, engineers, and program management for all fit and finish issues and resolved issues according to the program timing metrics and deliverables
Worked on all exterior components for the 2021 Ford Bronco for VP and TCB phases with measurements and dimensional data management from all suppliers
Ensured data management from 40+ suppliers were dealt with daily with completion towards program timing

Managed the lower driver and vent assembly components of the instrument panel development with Nissan North America

Managed weekly program metrics with General Motors and Tier 2 Suppliers and adhered to customer program timing successfully
Worked through internal design reviews and dealt with designers in India, GM Studio engineers on site, and Lear Studio engineers while working on front row seating for the GM SUV seats with early program design development
Managed assembly plant issues in Arlington, Texas and successfully passed through design review check audits
Developed an all-new design for rear seat entertainment for the SUV and Cadillac variants and passed through internal milestone reviews
Driving weekly open issues on the 20% seat for the T1 Pickup program and maintaining Tier 2 supplier on time support to GM
Worked with Lear Manufacturing in Detroit and maintaining logistics to deliver successful critical production validation test seats

Successfully sourced the Chevy, GMC, and Cadillac Rear HVAC components to two suppliers on time and worked with purchasing to deliver to program timing deadlines
Managed day to day development processes and held weekly open issues reviews with suppliers, program management, and studio and worked to drive closure to as rapidly as possible
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOBILES
2018 Jeep Cherokee - China and 2017 Jeep Renegade – China
Developed designs for wrapped pillar components and progressed development for all hard trim components with Studio, Program Management, and Advanced Core Engineering for the 2018 Jeep Cherokee which resulted in passing internal milestones
Managed design development with design teams in Canada, India, and Mexico and ensured open issues are being resolved effectively
Took over 2017 Jeep Renegade program launches in China, India, and Brazil and resolved open supplier quality and design issues
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - FORD MOTOR COMPANY
Managed the launch of the interior for the 2013 Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ in Hermosillo, Mexico with 20 Tier 1 and 2 Suppliers
